岗位职责： - 执行并监督每日的GOB/OTA健壮性测试，确保测试质量与效率。 - 管理测试车辆的VR配置、刷写安排及优先级规划。 - 监督测试车辆的维护及实例状态跟踪。 - 监控并报告整体测试进度。 - 管理日志记录器和工具链的安装与维护。 - 创建、跟踪并管理错误工单，确保及时关闭。 - 记录读数数据、测试自动化结果及测试轨迹。 - 准备并向相关方提交月度测试报告。 - 识别并通报与测试资源相关的风险点，上报关键问题，并提出下一步措施。 - 与集成和开发团队协作，支持问题分析与解决。 职位要求： - 具备工业、汽车、计算机科学、软件工程、项目管理或相关领域的学士学位及以上学历。 - 拥有5年以上车辆测试经验，其中OTA测试工作经验至少2年。 - 至少1年以上在奥迪/大众车型集成、信息娱乐系统、互联功能以及整车/实验室测试方面的实际操作经验。 - 熟练掌握ODIS/IDEX/CP TOOL/GOB/OTA/CANoe/Itara/后端注册/MNO RNR流程；具备测试自动化经验者优先。 - 中英文（读写）具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力。 - 具备团队协作、协调与表达能力。 - 注重细节并具备抽象思维能力。 - 必须持有C1级驾驶执照，持有大众集团驾照者优先。

Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee daily GOB/OTA robustness tests, ensuring test quality and efficiency.
- Manage test vehicle VR configuration, flashing arrangement, and priority planning.
- Oversee test vehicle maintenance and track instance status.
- Monitor and report overall test progress status.
- Manage Logger & Tool Chain installation and maintenance.
- Create, track, and manage error tickets; ensure timely closure.
- Document readout data, test automation results, and test traces.
- Prepare and deliver monthly test reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate risk points related to test resources, escalate critical issues, and propose next steps.
- Collaborate with integration and development teams to support issue analysis and resolution. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial, Automotive, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of vehicle test experience, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years of work experience on OTA test.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in AUDI/VW integration, Infotainment, Connectivity, and Master/Lab vehicle work.
- Proficient in ODIS/IDEX/CP TOOL/GOB/OTA/CANoe/Itara/backend registration/MNO RNR processes; test automation experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English (read and write).
- Team working, coordination, and assertion skills.
- Detail orientation and abstraction skills.
- C1 Driving License is mandatory. VW Group driving license is a plus.
