该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: Implement CT analysis for semiconductor parts, (IC, MEMS sensor, power devices) , be capable of handling CT data re-construction, processing, visualization and the final report preparation. Implement micro-analysis on the observation in CT analysis with supplemented tools, e.g. microscopy , grinding/polishing,, SEM, EDX, etc. Collaboration with stakeholder for products’ reliability/quality promotion with the evaluation out of CT analysis As facility owner to be responsible for CT setup, maintenance, trouble-shooting and safety control in daily working Other tasks’ assignment base on needs of business

Job Qualification: Bachelor degree or above, study in material science or semiconductor physics Familiar with semiconductor physical analysis process and relevant analysis methodologies 3 years+ working experience with X-ray CT, experience in semiconductor field or 3rd analysis lab is preferred Fluence English skill on oral and writing Strong team work spirit and self-motivated in daily working
