• Ensure supplier can follow up project states with defined millstone with detail quality target, e.g. on site check, technical discussion, or data communication.
• Support quality management throughout the entire product lifecycle;
• Based on the organizational processes, guide and support the project to define and tailor the project processes, and drive the implementation of the processes 2) Supplier release, maintenance, monitor and continual improvement over the entire product cycle:
• Process and production release regarding to PPA VDA2.
• Preparation of the technical report such as EM, QPN-I and corresponding activities, presentation of results.
• Control and ensure the quality of project work products and processes
• Identify project quality targets and requirements, and define project quality assurance strategy/plan
• Monitor supplier performance (incidents, PPM, COPQ) and develop / implement effective action plans to improve poor performing suppliers;
• Regular review of BTV relevant documents (e.g. MLA documents, quality status reports);
• Issue supplier performance PC’s and follow through to completion. Conduct supplier escalation in Program Critical Suppliers;
• Identify and prioritize necessary processing priorities to avoid affecting hardware quality
• Coordinate internal and external audit, support and track audit issues resolution 3) Supplier claim & change management:
• Development, planning and coordination of damage limits, release standards and reliability requirements under group zero error strategy;
• Support for quality analysis for the issue caused by in-house and supplier or sub-supplier, disposition supplier

• Support for any change relevant with project team, responsible for production process change release and PPA approval.
• Manage Cost Recovery process with project team; Requirement:
• At least 3+ years working experiences as a Quality Engineer in Automotive Industry.
• Soid hands-on experience in the full process of realizing automotive HW/SW project from design development to mass production.
• Experiences in the following also a plus: Project Management, Production, Automotive Industry
• Experience in working with multiple customers globally on process improvement
• Knowledge about automative software/hardware development of V-model
• Knowledge about VW process(e.g.: Formel-Q SW,QPN-I,KGAS,PPA)
• Knowledge about quality method (e.g.: VDA relevant standards, Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity)
• Knowledge about the tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Codebeamer, Sharepoint, etc.
• Strong Coordination and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

确定项目质量目标与要求，并制定项目质量保证策略/计划 -

监控供应商绩效（事件、PPM、COPQ），制定并实施有效行动计划以改善表现不佳的供应商； -

定期审查BTV相关文件（如MLA文件、质量状态报告）；

签发供应商绩效纠正通知（PC），并跟进直至完成。针对项目关键供应商（Program Critical Suppliers）进行供应商升级处理； -

识别并确定必要的处理优先级，以避免影响硬件质量 -

协调内部和外部审计，支持并跟踪审计问题的解决 3)

供应商索赔与变更管理： -

在集团“零缺陷”战略框架下，制定、规划和协调损伤限值、放行标准及可靠性要求； -

协助分析由内部、供应商或次级供应商引发的问题，并处理供应商的8D报告； -

协助项目团队处理相关变更，负责生产工艺变更的放行及PPA审批。 -

与项目团队共同管理成本回收流程； 任职要求： -

至少3年以上汽车行业质量工程师工作经验。 -

具备从设计开发到量产的完整汽车软硬件项目实施全流程的扎实实践经验。 -

具备以下经验者优先：项目管理、生产、汽车行业 -

具备与全球多家客户合作进行流程改进的经验 -

了解V模型的汽车软件/硬件开发 -

熟悉大众汽车（VW）流程（例如：Formel-Q SW、QPN-I、KGAS、PPA） -

了解质量方法（例如：VDA相关标准、Automotive SPICE、功能安全、网络安全） -

熟悉Confluence、JIRA、Codebeamer、SharePoint等工具 -

具备出色的协调与沟通能力 -

出色的问题解决能力。 -

必须精通英语，会德语者优先。
