- Test preparation, including hardware/ software resourcing, technical exchange with customers, etc.. b.Test bench setting up, including mechanical installation, electrical installation, etc..
- Test sequence programming.
- Test commissioning and debugging.
- Test data analyzing and trouble shooting.
- Test report drafting.
- Test bench tooling design. Requirement a.At least 3 years experience with vehicle powertrain testing background, including controller, Engine, HVB etc.. b.Advanced knowledge in HEV powertrain field, including EREV/PHEV c.Familiar with HEV powertrain test cases and standards
- Deep understanding of powertrain integration test bench, proficient in programming with test bench automation software.
- Familiar with engine(E-Drive, HEV powertrain) function and durability tests.
- Working experience in/with companies of VW group , understanding the VW process is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflicts, explain complex technical problems, test status reporting and presentation.
- Expert on vehicle architecture/ electronics incl. communication protocols (e.
- CAN/ CANFD, LIN) + related toolchain CANoe (simulation, tracing/ log data analysis/ error analysis), INCA, etc..
- Ability to design test bench toolings using CAE software, such as CATIA, Pro/E, etc..
- Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred
- Very good team player with good communication ability, high motivation, flexibility and strong willingness to learn
