该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities： 1、 Organize regular Value Stream System CIP workshop and Speed /Jishuken activities for BPS maturity development 组织周期性的价值流System CIP workshop 和Speed /Jishuken活动以提升BPS成熟度 2、 Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP, to speed up problem solving and target condition attainment/stabilization 确保Point-CIP执行的效果和效率，以加速问题解决和目标状态的稳定 3、 Increase maturity of BPS in department through observation and evaluation of the current state of manufacturing, logistics, indirect systems, processes, design and implementation of future state 通过对制造，物流，间接系统，流程的现状的观察与评估，设计和实现未来状态，以此来提升部门的BPS成熟度 4、Lead BPS maturity assessment and systematic maturity improvement 领导BPS成熟度审核 5、 Lead BPS elements development in department level, develop and upgrade BPS elements standard 领导BPS元素在部门内的执行，发展和优化BPS元素的标准 6、Coordinate BPS benchmark tour, serve as contact window, coordinator external assessment, benchmark, practice exchange and training resources 协调IPN BPS benchmark学习和培训资源，作为联系窗口，协调外部审核以及benchmark和案例的交流和分享 7、Provide BPS knowledge base for I4.0 activities(AGV, RFID, MES, APP, Niv+ etc)

为工业4.0活动提供BPS知识基础（AGV, RFID, MES, APP, Niv+ etc Qualification Requirements：

1、Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering related majors, industry engineering, logistics/supply chain management, etc.. 理工类相关专业，如工业工程，物流/供应链管理等专业本科以上学 2、three years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting (co-op/intern experience will be considered) 3年汽车制造相关行业工作经验或精益生产相关实习经历优先

3、Ability to work independently and in teams with associates across all levels and functions良好的英语听说读写能力（CET6优先考虑）
