- Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Monitor project progress, adjust and optimize project plans,quick response required.
- Manage the project team to ensure the efficiency and quality of team members' work.
- Coordinate cross team work to ensure effective utilization of project resources.
- Write and organize project documents to provide reference for subsequent projects. Participate in the entire process of power battery research and development, and provide continuous support from the perspective of project management
- Responsible for all or part of above work Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in science or engineering, master's degree preferred.
- More than 3 years of experience in developing batteries or automobiles
- Be positive towards the work and tasks, must show the high responsibilities of his/her works, own the strong communication and coordination competence.
- Great English competence in both oral and writing, business English and Chinese(Mandarin) required for daily work. 任务 1.制定并执行项目计划，确保项目按时完成。 2.监控项目进度，调整优化项目计划，快速响应需求。 3.管理项目团队，确保团队成员的工作效率和质量。 4.协调跨团队工作，确保项目资源的有效利用。 5.撰写并整理项目文档，为后续项目提供参考。 5.参与动力电池研发的全过程，从项目管理的角度提供持续支持 6.负责以上全部或部分工作 要求 1.本科及以上学历，理工科专业，硕士优先。 2.3年以上电池或汽车研发经验。 3.对工作和任务有积极的态度，对自己的工作有高度的责任心，有较强的沟通协调能力。 4.英语口语和写作能力强，日常工作需要商务英语和中文（普通话）。
