该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description -Direct sourcing through various channels(e.g.: Linkedin, Liepin, Zhaopin, etc.) -Review incoming applications, schedule and conduct interviews with potential employees. -Use ATS system (d.vinci) to track candidate applications and document interview notes. -Meet with line managers to discuss their openings and qualifications needed. -Find creative ways to identify candidates for difficult to fill roles. -Follow up offering process and onboarding. Job Requirements -Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related field, Engineering study background is highly preferred. -At least 2+ years recruitment experience in international working content, specialized in Automotive industry is a plus. -Proficient in oral and written English, German skills will be an advantage. -Team player with positive attitude, willing to communicate with internal and external people. -Self-motivate and result-driven.
