岗位职责：‌

• 通过利益相关方研讨会和风险管理，主导MBGC信息娱乐及跨域项目流程优化
• 分析并归档MB内部硬件/软件开发与发布流程
• 基于现有框架提出流程改进建议并制定新规范
• 使用Visio等工具维护标准化流程图（按需周度/月度更新）
• 定期组织协调会议以发布统一流程版本
• 建立并维护MB内部流程知识库 ‌任职要求：‌
• 工程或流程管理专业本科及以上学历
• 具备英文技术文档撰写能力
• 优秀的利益相关方管理与研讨会引导经验
• 精通流程标准化（熟悉ASPICE/PMP方法论者优先）
• 熟练使用JIRA/STARC/Confluence及MS Office工具
• 具备AI辅助流程优化工具经验者加分 Key Responsibilities:‌
• Lead process optimization for MBGC infotainment and cross-domain projects through stakeholder workshops and risk management.
• Analyze and document MB internal HW/SW development and release processes.
• Propose process improvements and draft new specifications based on existing frameworks.
• Maintain standardized process flows using Visio/other tools with weekly/monthly updates.
• Conduct regular alignment meetings to finalize and publish unified process versions.
• Build and update MB's internal process knowledge repository. ‌Qualifications:‌
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Process Management.
• Fluency in English for technical documentation.
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in process standardization (ASPICE/PMP methodologies preferred).
• Advanced skills in JIRA, STARC, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted process optimization tools is a plus.
