• EEA专题管理：‌ 通过每日项目跟踪与报告，确保硬件/软件组件按时交付并符合质量验证标准。 使用专业工具（如JIRA、Polarion）维护项目健康度指标。
• 项目跟踪与文档：‌ 执行EEA任务、缺口及事件的常规跟踪。 根据产品负责人（PL）要求协调利益相关方及项目组成员。 为项目评审及会议制作高质量汇报幻灯片。
• 报告与沟通：‌ 定期生成项目状态、风险及里程碑报告。 及时记录会议决议及行动项。 ‌任职要求：‌
• 电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 3年以上汽车电子电气架构（EEA）项目协调经验。
• 熟练使用项目管理工具（如JIRA、Confluence、Microsoft Project）。
• 具备制作高管级PPT演示文稿的能力。
• 熟悉汽车EEA开发流程及标准（如AUTOSAR）。‌
• 具有敏捷/SAFe方法论实践经验。
• 了解车载网络架构（CAN、以太网）。
  
  

‌ Key Responsibilities:‌

• EEA Topic Management:‌ Ensure timely delivery of validated hardware/software components through daily project tracking and reporting. Maintain project health metrics using specialized tools (e.g., JIRA, Polarion).
• Project Tracking & Documentation:‌ Execute routine tracking of EEA tasks, gaps, and events. Coordinate stakeholders and project teams per Product Leader (PL) requests. Prepare high-quality presentation slides for project reviews and events.
• Reporting & Communication:‌ Generate regular reports on project status, risks, and milestones. Document meeting outcomes and action items promptly. ‌Qualifications:‌
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in automotive project coordination
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with automotive EEA development processes and standards (e.g., AUTOSAR).‌
• Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies. Knowledge of vehicle network architectures (CAN, Ethernet).
