• 提交月度产品报告，包括PRD更新、开发进度、风险及市场/竞品分析
• 开展市场调研：客户需求/反馈分析、竞品分析及利益相关方协调报告
• 制定产品路线图，编写/维护PRD，并基于领域依赖性定义功能优先级
• 监控产品上市后表现，生成分析报告并执行产品验收测试
• 管理PRD变更及需求追踪
• 编写用户手册、核心卖点文档，并根据市场反馈优化PRD
• 参与PM/FO协调会、CCB会议、UI概念研讨会、FROP评审及测试活动 ‌任职要求：‌
• 工程、商科或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 熟练使用PRD工具及敏捷开发方法
• 出色的分析能力与沟通技巧‌
• 具备车辆诊断/远程信息处理经验
• 熟悉汽车软硬件集成技术 Key Responsibilities:‌
• Deliver monthly product reports including PRD updates, development status, risks, and market/competitor analysis.
• Conduct market research: customer needs/feedback analysis, competitor analysis, and stakeholder-aligned reports.
• Define product roadmaps, create/manage PRDs, and prioritize features with domain dependencies.
• Monitor post-launch performance, generate analysis reports, and conduct PM acceptance tests.
• Manage PRD changes and track requirements.
• Develop owner manuals, USP documentation, and refine PRDs based on post-launch feedback.
• Participate in PM/FO alignment, CCB meetings, UI workshops, FROP reviews, and testing. ‌Qualifications:‌
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive product management or related fields
• Proficiency in PRD tools and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills. ‌Preferred Skills:‌
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics/telematics.
• Knowledge of automotive software/hardware integration.
