  • Lead full-lifecycle project management, including end-to-end coordination from project initiation, requirement research, scheme development, planning, execution control to project closure and lessons learned review, and define overall project objectives and delivery standards.
  • Break down project deliverables, develop detailed project schedule plans, resource plans and cost budgets, track project execution progress, timely identify deviations and formulate corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources required for the project, align cross-departmental teams including R&D, product, marketing, sales, supply chain, and interface with customers, suppliers and other partners to ensure efficient project collaboration.
  • Establish a project risk management mechanism, proactively identify and assess potential project risks, develop risk response plans, track the closure of issues during project execution, and drive rapid resolution of complex problems.
  • Control project quality and cost, implement the company's quality management system requirements, follow up on the achievement of project quality objectives, control project budget execution, optimize cost structure, and avoid cost overruns.
  • Take charge of project requirement and change management, organize requirement reviews, establish a standardized change control process, assess the impact of changes on the project, and avoid unregulated changes.
  • Regularly report core project status including progress, risks and cost to the company management and customers, and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
  • Responsible for the preparation and archiving of project documents, organize project lessons learned reviews, accumulate project management experience, and drive the optimization of the company's project management system and processes. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronic Information or related majors.
  • 5+ years of relevant project management work experience, with full-lifecycle management experience of complete medium and large-scale projects.
  • Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) / International Project Management Professional (IPMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in automotive R&D project management for SOP projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Feishu, with the ability to independently develop project plans, risk assessment reports and presentation materials.
  • Strong ability in schedule, cost, quality and risk control, can effectively respond to project emergencies.
  • Familiar with the business process and product development logic of the automotive industry, can accurately interpret customer and business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, resource integration ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong goal and result orientation, high stress tolerance, can adapt to the working rhythm of parallel multiple projects.
