‌核心职责：‌

• 通过严格的项目跟踪确保车载硬件/软件按时高质量投产
• 开发并维护日常项目管理工具，监控进度及系统健康指标
• 主动识别并协调解决ADAS项目资源缺口问题
• 负责日常任务跟踪、文档维护及状态报告编制
• 生成可视化项目里程碑、风险及交付物报告
• 促进工程、验证与生产团队的跨部门协作 ‌任职要求：‌
• 电气工程、计算机科学或相关工科专业本科及以上学历
• 3年以上ADAS/自动驾驶项目协调经验
• 熟练使用JIRA/Polarion等项目管理工具及数据可视化软件
• 具备精准的技术文档编写能力
• 英语流利（需支持跨国协作与报告撰写）
• 熟悉ADAS传感器系统（雷达/摄像头/LiDAR）及功能安全标准 具有汽车行业敏捷开发方法论实施经验 Key Responsibilities:‌
• Ensure timely and quality-assured HW/SW launches for vehicle line integrations through robust project tracking.
• Develop and maintain daily project management tools to monitor progress and system health metrics.
• Identify and address ADAS project resource gaps through proactive coordination.
• Manage routine ticket tracking, documentation maintenance, and status reporting.
• Generate clear visual reports on project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between engineering, validation, and production teams. ‌Qualifications:‌
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 3+ years in ADAS/autonomous driving project coordination
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Polarion) and data visualization.
• Strong technical documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English for cross-regional collaboration and reporting.
• Understanding of ADAS sensor systems (radar, camera, LiDAR) and functional safety standards.
• Experience with agile development methodologies in automotive contexts.
