岗位职责：‌

• 负责汽车项目阶段管理、里程碑规划、关键路径追踪及风险问题管理
• 组织会议并确保决策落实与快速跟进
• 制作高质量PPT汇报材料（执行摘要、决策幻灯片）及可视化图表（甘特图、风险热力图等）
• 维护标准化一页式报告及会议纪要
• 运用Excel进行资金追踪、偏差分析及情景模拟
• 使用5Why、8D等工具解决供应商质量问题，具备FMEA分析能力
• 协调工厂资源，确保合规性要求
• 产出中英双语文档，擅长将模糊需求转化为可执行方案
• 维护整体项目计划及WBS（含每周更新）
• 跟踪关键路径风险，制作里程碑汇报材料
• 协调项目资金审批，管理供应商提名看板
• 更新利益相关方RASIC矩阵及每周行动/风险图
• 汇总BBAC与主机厂议题，准备升级简报
• 管理试生产准备清单及Go/No-Go决策
• 跟踪产线问题清单及文档交付进度 ‌任职要求：‌
• 工程或商科本科及以上学历
• 出色的跨部门协调能力与逻辑分析能力‌
• 具备汽车零部件本地化项目经验
• 熟悉敏捷/瀑布式开发流程 Key Responsibilities:‌
• Manage automotive project gating, milestone planning, critical path, and RAID tracking.
• Facilitate meetings, track decisions, and ensure fast action follow-up.
• Develop executive PowerPoint summaries, decision slides, and visual charts (Gantt, risk heatmaps, etc.).
• Maintain disciplined one-page reporting and concise meeting minutes.
• Use Excel/Sheets for funding tracking, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Apply problem-solving tools (5 Why, 8D, FMEA) for supplier and quality issues.
• Coordinate with plants and ensure compliance awareness.
• Deliver clear bilingual (Chinese/English) written outputs.
• Proactively resolve ambiguous inputs into decision-ready materials. ‌Project Leadership:‌
• Maintain integrated project plans, WBS, and weekly critical-path trackers.
• Prepare milestone presentations and align funding with stakeholders.
• Track supplier nominations and manage kick-off documentation. ‌Commodity Coordination:‌
• Update stakeholder maps/RASIC matrices and manage weekly action/risk maps.
• Compile BBAC/MB topics and escalate to steering committees as needed. ‌BBAC Plant Management:‌
• Oversee build readiness checklists, trial reports, and line readiness tracking.
• Bridge communication between PLs and BTVs, tracking BBAC risks. Qualifications:‌
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 3+ years in automotive project management or localization
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with automotive localization projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
