• ‌经验：‌ o ‌3年以上‌ECU刷写/车辆诊断实操经验（OEM或一级供应商） o 熟悉‌宝马/MINI‌车辆系统（持有‌宝马内部认证‌者优先） o 了解‌AUTOSAR架构‌和‌ASAM XCP协议‌
• ‌驾照：‌ o 持有‌C1驾照‌（需熟练驾驶） o ‌宝马内部驾驶执照‌（或同等资质）‌优先考虑‌

• 标准：‌ISO 14229（UDS）、SAE J2534‌ ‌Key Responsibilities:‌ 1. ‌ECU Software Management:‌ o Execute ‌bench flashing‌ and ‌on-vehicle ECU programming‌ (e.g., DME, EGS, BDC modules) using ‌ISTA, ESys, or ODIS‌. o Troubleshoot ‌flash failures‌ and implement recovery procedures (e.g., bootloader mode, fallback strategies). 2. ‌Vehicle-Level Testing:‌ o Perform ‌post-flash validation‌ (functional checks, fault code scans, parameter calibration). o Conduct ‌diagnostic tests‌ (UDS, KWP2000) and analyze CAN/LIN bus signals via ‌CANoe/CANalyzer‌. 3. ‌Road & Workshop Testing:‌ o Execute ‌driving tests‌ to verify software performance (e.g., powertrain response, ADAS functionality). o Support ‌end-of-line (EOL)‌ flashing processes in production environments. 4. ‌Documentation & Compliance:‌ o Generate ‌test reports‌ and flashing logs for OEM audits. o Adhere to ‌BMW Group standards‌ (e.g., BMW-60020.0 for software updates). ‌Qualifications & Requirements:‌
• ‌Education:‌ Bachelor’s degree in ‌Automotive Engineering, EE, or related field‌.
• ‌Experience:‌ o ‌3+ years‌ of hands-on ‌ECU flashing/vehicle diagnostics‌ experience (OEM or Tier 1). o ‌BMW/MINI‌ vehicle systems knowledge (‌BMW internal certifications‌ preferred). o Familiarity with ‌AUTOSAR architecture‌ and ‌ASAM XCP protocols‌.
• ‌Licenses:‌ o ‌Valid C1 driver’s license‌ (manual transmission proficiency required). o ‌BMW Internal Driving License‌ (or equivalent) is a ‌strong plus‌.
