  • Implement test cases / test packages and modify test cases as might be required.
  • Review test cases regarding feasibility and completeness.
  • Create test automation packages for HiL, test bench and vehicle testing.
  • Direct communication with all relevant counter parts.
  • Participate in intense vehicle road testing (summer, winter).
  • Configure all SW-tools (ECUtest, CANalyzer, INCA, etc…) and relevant devices (CANcase, Datalogger etc…) for vehicle testing.
  • Arrange available timeslots at the vehicle.
  • Run tests according to test specifications.
  • Create test report including details in case of failed tests.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for HV-Battery related issues as might be required.
  • Run tests according to the assigned functions and available test specifications.
  • Participate in intense vehicle road testing (summer, winter).
  • Align with all involved parties (vehicle requester) relevant tests, required equipment, required vehicle hardware and software as well as vehicle availability and timeline.
  • Prepare and arrange vehicle upgrade in reference of required HW and SW. Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related other majors / qualifications
  • Knowledge of the powertrain system of hybrid and electric vehicles (architecture, main functions, etc.).
  • Experience in the field of HV-Battery development / validation.
  • Function validation experience (preferably HV-Battery / BMU function validation experience on Hardware in the Loop test bench, Component test bench and vehicle level).
  • Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting, especially for HV-Batteries.
  • Experience with development tools for function development and data recording and analysis such as CANalyzer, INCA, Matlab/Simulink, etc.
  • Experience of providing engineering service to other OEMs within 3 years in NEV (New energy vehicle) powertrain system validation, calibration and testing.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Analytic and independent working method, also during work under pressure, creativity and hands-on attitude.
  • Target oriented, pro-active, self-responsible and reliable working attitude.
  • Languages skills: English business fluent mandatory, in addition Chinese.
  • Hands-on mentality and task solving orientated behavior
  • Willingness to travel within Shenyang and Mainland China (if needed).
  • Chinese C1 driving license.
