- Definition and communication of performance related requirements(UBE, power, fast charge, charge/discharge efficiency).
- BLS(Battery Limit Specification) calculation/management to ensure correct HVB parameters input for BMS software.
- Securing the fulfillment of performance related requirements together with system engineer.
- Collaboration in performance related technical problem solving.
- Evaluation of consequences of deviations from performance perspective and formulation of a statement.
- Definition of performance related criteria (checklist, etc.) and verification for design freezes and releases. Requirement
- Bachelors or Masters degree in automotive HVB development, validation or related area 2.2 or more years of experience in HVB performance or related area.
- Familiar with Li-ion Battery principle.
- Familiar with auto-industry standards, development regulations, homologation certification,
- High flexibility and able to work under pressure.
- Superior communication and English skills 任务 1.定义并传达性能相关要求（UBE、功率、快充、充放电效率）。 2.计算/管理BLS（电池限值规范），确保BMS软件输入正确的HVB参数。 3.协同系统工程师确保性能相关要求得到满足。 4.参与性能相关技术问题的解决。 5.从性能角度评估偏差后果并形成说明文件。 6.制定性能相关标准（检查清单等），并在设计冻结与发布阶段进行验证。 任职要求 1. 持有汽车高压电池开发、验证或相关领域学士/硕士学位 2. 具备2年以上高压电池性能或相关领域经验 3. 熟悉锂离子电池原理 4. 熟悉汽车行业标准、开发规范、认证法规及GB标准 5. 具备高度灵活性及抗压能力 6. 卓越的沟通能力与英语水平
