- Analyze part design requirement and VW standard, design test case. Arrange test plan according to projects and HW&SW release timing. Coordinate testing resources such as vehicle, testbench, tools and so on.
- Validate part function in vehicle or testbench, carry out tests of different subjects such as smoke test, OTA/flashIng, diagnosis, communication.
- Support error investigation, attempt to reproduce faults and record logs, analyze fault root-causes, and take part in solutions discussion until the issue is finally closed.
- Test management and coordination, cooperate with development engineer and other departments, submit and follow up test commission task.
- Complete other tasks from the department Requirement
- Knowledge development and test of cockpit components and fully participated in the development of at least one vehicle model.
- Knowledge on the EE architecture, component development, and testing of the cockpit component.
- Familiar with relevant regulations and standards of the cockpit.
- Familiar with office software PPT, Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility
- English and driving skill needed.
- Knowledge about UDS and OTA workflow.
- Familiar with CAN/LIN bus, good at CANoe
- Knowledge about functional safety and cyber security
- Able to understand system schematic diagram 工作职责
- 分析零部件设计要求及大众标准，设计测试用例。根据项目及软硬件发布时间表制定测试计划。协调测试资源，包括车辆、测试台架、工具等。
- 在车辆或测试台架上验证零部件功能，执行各类测试，如烟雾测试、OTA/刷写、诊断、通信测试等。
- 支持故障排查，尝试复现故障并记录日志，分析故障根本原因，并参与解决方案讨论直至问题最终解决。
- 负责测试管理与协调，与开发工程师及其他部门协作，提交并跟进测试任务。
- 完成部门分配的其他任务 任职要求
- 具备座舱组件的开发与测试知识，并全程参与过至少一款车型的开发。
- 熟悉电子电气架构、组件开发及座舱组件测试。
- 熟悉座舱相关的法规与标准。
- 熟练使用PPT、Excel、Word等办公软件。
- 具备出色的沟通能力，有强烈的责任感
- 需具备英语能力及驾驶技能。
- 了解UDS和OTA工作流程。
- 熟悉CAN/LIN总线，精通CANoe
- 具备功能安全与网络安全相关知识
- 能够理解系统原理图
