- Responsible for collecting the configuration requirements & special production requirements according to users’ demand at the beginning of production;
- Responsible for following-up vehicle production progress and production deviation evaluation during producing;
- Responsible for test vehicles delivery and domestic & international transportation document preparation;
- Responsible for test vehicle resource coordination & adjusting vehicle test plan according to project status or project team requirement, checking test vehicle using status;
- Responsible for following-up vehicle scrap progress and coordination of related work;
- Responsible for VTT meeting support. Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in project management, test vehicle management in main OEM factory;
- VW group experience is preferred;
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Good writing and documentation skill. 工作任务 1.负责生产初期根据用户需求收集配置要求及特殊生产要求； 2.负责生产过程中车辆生产进度跟进及生产偏差评估 3.负责试验车交付及国内外运输单证准备工作 4.负责试车资源协调，根据项目情况或项目组要求调整试车计划，检查试车使用情况； 5.负责跟进车辆报废进度，协调相关工作 6.负责VTT会议支持。 要求 1. 本科或以上学历 2. 有主机厂项目管理、测试车辆管理经验 3. 有大众集团工作经验者优先 4. 较强的中英文沟通能力； 5. 良好的写作和文档记录能力。
