- Interface with project team for all projects deliverables tracking, make sure all the tasks feedback on time.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Work with module engineers to clarify testing resources (vehicle & working hours) demand.
- Support the discussion with production team about the necessity behand vehicle demands and make sure all the vehicles deliver on time.
- Track each testing status and lead the problem solving.
- Steering the meetings with WOB and JV, make detailed records of key topics, track open points until its closure.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (vehicles, hours, evaluation results, presentations) and report regularly on project status.
- Budget application and management
- Collect test demand and connect with external departments 10Arrange wind tunnel test resource and vehicle transportation
- Support test preparation and configuration Requirement
- Bachelor or Master.
- Multi-lingual (Chinese must, English must, German plus). Professional experience:
- Excellent communication skills both in English (German is plus)
- Strong logic thinking and great sense of responsibilities & ownership
- Sound knowledge of vehicle engineering and testing process，temperature relevant test experience is plus
- Great Project management skills, able to work on multiple tasksat the same time
- C1 drive license 任务 1.与项目团队对接所有项目交付物进度，确保各项任务反馈及时到位。 2.与项目团队及其他项目参与者高效协作沟通，提供协助与技术支持。 3.协同模块工程师明确测试资源（车辆及工时）需求。 4.支持与生产团队就车辆需求必要性进行讨论，确保所有车辆按时交付。 5. 追踪各项测试状态并主导问题解决。 6. 主导与WOB及合资方会议，详细记录关键议题，追踪待解决事项直至完成。 7. 执行工作整体质量控制（车辆、工时、评估结果、演示文稿），定期汇报项目进展。 8.预算申请与管理 9.收集测试需求并对接外部部门 10.协调风洞测试资源及车辆运输 11.支持测试准备与配置工作 要求 1.本科或硕士学历。 2.多语言能力（中文必备，英语必备，德语加分项）。 专业经验： 3. 具备出色的英语沟通能力（德语为加分项） 4. 逻辑思维强，责任心与主人翁意识突出 5. 掌握车辆工程与测试流程知识，具备温度相关测试经验者优先 6. 优秀的项目管理能力，能同时处理多项任务 7. 持有C1驾照
