- Planning, operative managing and following up of whole vehicle and function related development targets: functions, maturity releases, techniques, quality, legal requirement and environment requirements for all projects.
- Steering to reach R&D related project targets.
- Request and follow up of requirements to respective platforms, close collaboration with Technical Project Steering in VW group.
- Represent R&D in product committees and conducting technical committees.
- Creation and tracking of the R&D development timeline for the whole vehicle with all related R&D sub-departments.
- Define and release measures in case of target deviations. Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive engineering, computer science or related
- Over 1 year of working experience at least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level
- Good English communication skills, able to work efficiently with international teams.
- Have a teamwork spirit, good communication and coordination skills. 任务 作为技术项目负责人的支持角色，职责包括： 1. 规划、运营管理及跟踪整个车辆及功能相关开发目标：功能、成熟度发布、技术、质量、法律要求及环境要求等所有项目。 2. 指导以实现研发相关项目目标。
- 向相关平台提出并跟进需求，与大众集团技术项目指导委员会紧密合作。
- 在产品委员会和技术委员会中代表研发部门。
- 制定并跟踪整车研发时间表，涵盖所有相关研发子部门。
- 在目标偏离时定义并发布应对措施。 要求 1.汽车工程、计算机科学或相关专业本科以上学历 2.至少1年以上汽车行业工作经验，有OEM级工作经验者优先 3.良好的英语沟通能力，能够与国际团队高效合作。 4.具有团队合作精神，良好的沟通协调能力。
