• At the development phase, summary project basic info/project request/chassis requirement, align with internal chassis department, make sure same premise to start develop chassis.
• Leading budget estimation/collection and plausibility check of chassis, make sure enough budget for chassis development activities.
• Leading development supplier sourcing/common sourcing status tracking, make sure development supplier and common sourcing can be nominated in time and track budget spending status for development supplier.
• Leading TPB creation/module list creation/weight list/chassis concept summary/chassis development timeline collection etc.
• Leading RASI/AWS negotiation with JVs, make sure enough Jobsplit and budget in chassis department.
• Homologation status following, according to schedule, organize engineers to fill in right parameters and double check with engineers to ensure data is right.
  
  

Project status reporting, in different milestones, sort all parts status and problems status, presenting and push problems to be solved.

Require

• Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative. With good communication skills and team spirit.
• Excellent comprehensive quality, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people.
• Necessary knowledge of chassis hardware and software
• Chinese & English speaking fluently (German is a plus) 任务 a. 在开发阶段，汇总项目基本信息/项目需求/底盘要求，与内部底盘部门协调，确保在相同前提下启动底盘开发。 b. 主导底盘预算估算/收集及可行性核查，确保底盘开发活动预算充足。 c. 主导开发供应商遴选/通用采购状态跟踪，确保及时确定开发供应商及通用采购方案，并追踪开发供应商预算支出状况。 d. 主导TPB创建/模块清单编制/重量清单/底盘概念总结/底盘开发时间线收集等工作。 e. 主导与合资企业进行RASI/AWS谈判，确保底盘部门获得充足的工作分配和预算。 f. 跟进认证状态，按计划组织工程师填写正确参数，并与工程师复核确保数据准确。
