• Build up purchasing channels with Joint ventures of prototype, pre- and series parts
• Collect part request from different team -＞ define and improve the frequency
• Communicate with supplier for parts ordering
• Deal with ordering system

PO and Contract

• Work with warehouse for parts delivery and distribution -.Collecting Integration's test vehicle/shopping cart requirement and sending them to VTT meetings, attending regular VTT meetings for different projects. -Tracking Vehicle/shopping cart production planning and dealing with test resouce optimization; -Parts compatibility evaluation -Vehicle transportation,Vehicle acceptance check with EV/JV's production line -Vehicle camouflage mangement, driving license plate, insurance
• Coordinate with other departments to search for the proper test resource if integration team need some resources. Requirement '- 1-3 years of experience in Parts coordination or purchasing or similar. - automotive industry working experience
• Knowledge and experience in Purchasing and OEM projects
• MS-Tools , Feishu, Confluence, SAP experience recommended
• Languages: Chinese and English.

• 具有采购和 OEM 项目方面的知识和经验 - 建议具备 MS-Tools、Feishu、Confluence 和 SAP 经验
• 语言 中文和英文。
