• Customer order management and strenghten partnership with customers.
• Leading production planning and do effective communicate with related department
• Delivery logistics Co-ordination to ensure 100% OTD performance and keep high Customer satisfaction.
• Outbound premium freight monitor and control
• Inventory control for FG & WIP.
• BPS projects and CIP. Job Responsibilities:
• Customer forecase receiving and demand fluctuation analysis.
• Load customer demand into SAP system timely and make the SAP data accuracy.
• Negotiate with customers to ensure the reliability and rationality of the data.
• Get the overview of production capacity vs. customer forecast with MOE department.
• Customer order confirmation based on the production and raw material situation.
• Support new project to ensure its launch is on scheduled.
• Special transportation cost monitor and control to meet logistics cost control target
• Inventory management to meet the target.
• SOP and EOP (end of production) planning management to minimize the scrap costs
• ECR coordination
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
  
  

Job Qualification

• Bachelor degree (logistics / planning background preferred)，3 years experience in planning area
• Smart and good logic
• Good at communication skill and afford the pressure
• ERP system knowhow
• Fluent excel skills
• Good oral and writing English
• Good team spirit
