该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities： 1、Organize regular Value Stream System CIP workshop and Speed /Jishuken activities for BPS maturity development. 2、As department BPS enabler, drive value stream BPS elements development, maturity assessment and systematic maturity improvement. 2、Coordinate BPS benchmark tour, serve as contact window, coordinate external assessment, benchmark, best practice exchange and training resources. 3、Initiate department I4.0 strategy and development roadmap to support valure stream vision realization. 4、Drive digital solutions and lead department digital applications execution. Qualification Requirements： 1、Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering related majors, industry engineering, logistics/supply chain management, etc.. 2、3 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting (co-op/intern experience will be considered). 3、Ability to work independently and in teams with associates across all levels and functions.
