• Responsible for assembly process (Press-in/Dispensing/TKS welding…), FOR/Utilization improvement. 负责装配工艺的产品报废率和设备利用率的改善。
• Automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in production floor. 自动化设备的保养和维修。
• Vision system program optimization for related process (Cognex/Keyence/Nurocheck programming knowledge and HALCON vision is better) 视觉相关的程序的优化以及问题的解决。
• Servo controller / Robot commissioning is necessary. 伺服以及机械手相关的程序的调试。
• Participate the CIP workshop concerning related equipment and process to reduce the downtime,changeover time, IDC and enhance the stability and OEE. 参与持续改善项目，降低设备停机，减少换型时间换型以及提高设备稳定性。
• Training and improve service technician competence, regularly evaluation technician. 培训和提高技术员的技能，定期对技术员进行考核。
• Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables parts. 负责备件和耗材的管理。
• Other tasks from supervisor and management. 主管和管理层分配的其他任务。
• On-call to support urgent machine or tooling issue 24 On-call 支持紧急设备或者工装夹具问题的解决。
  
  

Qualification Requirements：

1、University, major in mechanical or electrical

机械或电子类大学毕业 2、Not less than 3 years experience in electronic&mechanism industries.
