• Responsible for test FPY improvement; Utilization improvement; test program optimization 负责测试不良率的改善; 测试生产效率的改善以及测试程序的优化
• Regular meeting with R&D; global plant to review defined topics and tasks status 定期和研发以及国外工厂一起讨论任务和工作的进展
