This role involves resolving account orders processing, listings optimization, customer service, etc. The ideal candidate will possess good problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward a new project. Key Responsibilities:  Investigate and resolve issues related to merchant accounts, order processing, payments, and other operation tasks.  Deal escalated cases and work with the appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality support.  Contribute to the development and maintenance of the account routine work. Requirements:  Willing to learn customer service, account operation, basic accounting, preferably in e-commerce industries.  Be able to use online chat platforms, email systems, and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).  Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast pace environment.  Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on improving support processes.  Team player with great collaboration skills and a positive attitude toward cross-departmental projects.
