Production Supervisor H/M

Job Description

Supervise the CFM56 and LEAP turbofan engine parts and sub-assemblies inspection area and ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, delivery, personnel and innovation objectives, as well as the area's resource management. Be responsible for verifying, planning, organizing, management and controlling the work of the inspection area in compliance with quality procedures and the corresponding aeronautical authorities.

Complementary Description

Supervise inspection teams, promote quality, safety and continuous improvement, ensure customer requirements and operational and occupational safety policies, develop work schedules, manage production plan, human resource management (shifts, overtime, vacations), productivity management, create material requisitions, manage shift completion reporting and problem escalation, ensure correct recording of maintenance tasks, support customer and aviation authorities audits, ensure correct filling of corresponding logbooks.
