We currently serve more than 200, 000 transportation and delivery services nationwide, including Uber Eats, FedEx Ground, OnTrac, Instacart, and more, and power over one million deliveries a day. As a mapping driver you will be responsible for collecting maps/ photographs of maps of specified locations for us. You will also be providing us feedback to help improve driver’s tools.
This a great opportunity to help build the structure of our future sales organization. You will be the primary driver of revenue growth, and be on the front lines evangelizing our platform to key stakeholders.

We are a US based multinational company who are building the next generation maps for the new on-demand economy. We are backed by top investors in Silicon Valley and are building our India center to scale our global GIS mapping initiative. As a part of this we are looking for a data operations manager in our Bhatinda office. The work with involve reviewing and annotating maps, identifying issues with the data and brainstorming processes to solve those problems.
In this role you will be working directly with the founders of the company. The role involves managing the India team and solving their day to day problems. Your primary responsibilities will involve:
Supervise and help scale the team of 15 data annotators
Establish a team culture, nurture employees and scout for future hires
Devise performance benchmarks and help the team hit those benchmarks
Set up weekly and monthly reporting and tracking
