The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and removing operational bottlenecks, ensuring that broad strategic goals are translated into structured, efficient daily activity.

Taking on new initiatives and putting them into action throughout the organization
Basic Qualifications
8+ years in management consulting, strategic operations, or program management within a fast-paced technology or hardware environment.

Ability to define, implement, and track non-financial operational KPIs and dashboards.
Highly organized with exceptional project management skills; comfortable running high-stakes cadences like QBRs, or executive stand-ups.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or another field requiring structured thinking and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in a business or quantitative field.
Top-tier management consulting experience combined with in-house startup operating experience.
