As a Site Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and coordinating test site activities. You ensure co-activity management, compliance with safety and security rules, and operational monitoring of the site (access control, documentation, protection equipment, waste, and materials). You contribute to the preparation of test activities, the operational readiness of the area, and the implementation of regulatory and quality requirements.

Tasks & missions

The responsibilities will include:

  • Consolidating the schedules of site activities and ensuring co-activity management
  • Leading weekly planning meetings and prioritizing on-site activities with campaign managers
  • Managing badge requests for employees, external companies, and visitors
  • Delivering safety briefings to every person working on site
  • Participating in safety meetings with EPGAV
  • Implementing security and coordination protocols with EPGAV
  • Drafting and implementing processes related to site operations in compliance with current regulations and the site operating permit
  • Preparing prevention plans for each intervention involving external companies

Keeping the following records up to date:

  • Site entry/exit logbook
  • Fire protection equipment monitoring logbook
  • Effluent discharge logbook

Monitoring:

  • Quantities of hazardous materials stored on site
  • Waste management and disposal operations
  • Quantities and validity dates of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Maintenance contractors’ operations in the area: mowing, sanitation, and cleaning
  • Implementing quality recommendations and requirements related to ISO standards
  • Implementing site security procedures
  • Ensuring the site is secured before each test firing / high-risk operation
  • Restoring the site to operational configuration after each test firing / high-risk operation
  • Coordinating with EPGAV infrastructure teams for any infrastructure work requests
  • Supervising operational maintenance activities for the test area
  • Participating in the preparation of quality, safety, security, and DREAL audits
  • Managing site consumables orders
  • Ensuring proper receipt of equipment delivered to the site

Preferred experience & skills

Required skills:

  • Strong organizational and priority management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of management IT tools (ERP systems, maintenance software)
  • Rigorous and methodical mindset
  • Proactive and responsive when dealing with unexpected situations
  • More than 5 years of experience in industrial site management
