As a Turbomachinery Engineer within the Propulsion team, you will contribute to all development activities related to the fluid systems of turbopumps, from the initial design and simulation phase through to the assessment of deviations in manufactured parts, and ultimately to the validation of your work through test campaigns. You will work closely with the Propulsion team, as well as with the Integration and Test teams to ensure that the turbopump systems developed by the company fully meet the specifications of the higher-level engine systems. You will implement a rigorous verification and validation approach. You will also be responsible for collecting and centralizing the company’s calculation and design standards, processes, and lessons learned related to turbopump systems, ensuring their application across the department. You will summarize and share the results of your analyses and simulations with the rest of the team so that they can build on them to further develop and improve their systems.
