About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically driven Associate Product Manager to join

our product team. In this role, you will work closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and

cross-functional stakeholders to build and improve products that solve meaningful customer

problems at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding user behavior,

driving product improvements, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality product

experiences.

What You'll Do

Product Discovery & Analysis

● Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and operational data to identify

opportunities for improvement.

● Understand user journeys, uncover pain points, and recommend solutions that drive

better outcomes.

● Monitor product performance and track key business and product metrics.

Product Development & Execution

● Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from problem definition to launch

and iteration.

● Write clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and functional

specifications.

● Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful execution of

product initiatives.

● Assist in defining rollout plans, success metrics, and post-launch evaluation frameworks.

Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration

● Work closely with internal teams and customers to gather requirements and understand

business needs.

● Translate customer insights into product improvements and roadmap recommendations.

● Act as a bridge between product, engineering, business, and operations teams.

Product Performance & Optimization

● Track product health, user engagement, and operational performance through

dashboards and reporting tools.

● Conduct root-cause analysis on product issues and work with teams to drive resolution.

● Support experimentation and optimization initiatives to improve product outcomes.

Market & Industry Awareness

● Stay informed about industry trends, customer expectations, and emerging technologies.

● Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities to strengthen product capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Education

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related

field.

● MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Experience

● 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analytics, Engineering,

Consulting, Operations, or related roles.

● Exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, technology products, or startup environments is

preferred.
