Leading Consumer Lenders, Telcos and Financial Services companies use HyperVerge’s Fintech Platform for customer on-boarding, identity verification, fraud check and other services. HyperVerge has onboarded nearly 1 billion customers over the past 5 years — serving more than 12% of the global population.
As a Solutions Architect, you will ensure customers derive meaningful business value from our products. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their needs, design impactful solutions using HyperVerge's technology, and lead successful integrations.
OUTCOMES EXPECTED:
- Develop deep expertise in HyperVerge technology and product offerings.
- Successfully manage 3–5 existing accounts and 3–5 new accounts simultaneously.
- Deliver measurable business value through solution adoption and client satisfaction.
- Achieve a high conversion rate from Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to successful go lives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre Sales
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Work hand-in-hand with HyperVerge’s Sales team to develop proof of concept applications, present technical demonstrations, and help customers make the most of HyperVerge products
Provide inputs to RFPs/RFIs and ensure alignment of customer requirements with HyperVerge offerings.
Build trust with prospects by articulating the business and technical value of our solutions.
Solution Design and Technology Adoption
Become an expert on HyperVerge’s APIs, SDKs, and platform, and how to best integrate them into client systems.
Own and drive relationships with external technical stakeholders — from engineers to CTOs — to translate business objectives into solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
Discover new problems which the customer has and increase adoption of HyperVerge technology wherever applicable
Integration and Delivery
Provide technical leadership and guidance to our users while they are building their HyperVerge integrations
Utilize technical acumen to drive high-quality integrations while accelerating time-to-go-live
Create technical content (sample code, demos, etc.) to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices
Conduct POCs to ensure that the products meet the client’s requirements
Be the single technical point of contact for our customers and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner
Voice of the Customer
Act as a customer advocate internally by sharing feedback with product and engineering teams.
Identify product gaps or enhancements based on real-world use cases and suggest improvements.

Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and guide customers through resolution paths.
Document learnings and build internal knowledge repositories to enable scale.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Integrations Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer).
Prior experience in software development is a strong differentiator and can set you apart.
Experience working with APIs, mobile environments (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native), cloud or on-premise platforms, or identity/KYC solutions is a plus.
Vietnamese candidate with excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
