• Lead customer onboarding and application enablement for MultiMapper, including operational concept reviews, mission preparation guidance, and adoption planning
• Provide expert guidance on MultiMapper use cases, mission profiles, platform suitability, and workflow best practices for hybrid imaging and LiDAR data acquisition
• Support pre-sales and early project phases through demonstrations, technical consultations, concept validation, and alignment of customer requirements with MTM capabilities
• Coordinate closely with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Sales, and Support to ensure a consistent and scalable MTM customer experience
• Contribute to launch readiness, voice-of-customer activities, and continuous improvement of MTM documentation, service concepts, and application processes

This is you

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in Geomatics, Geospatial Engineering, Remote Sensing, Photogrammetry, GIS, Data Acquisition Workflows, or a related field
• Strong background in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields
• Several years of experience in customer-facing technical roles related to airborne mapping applications, geospatial workflows, product introduction, solution enablement, or application engineering
• Strong background in hybrid airborne mapping workflows, including simultaneous imagery and LiDAR capture, mission concepts, data quality considerations, and operational deployment models
• Strong presentation, training, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product and workflow topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel globally to support customer onboarding, demonstrations, launch activities, and training as required
• Driving license Category B required
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. German (B1+) is beneficial for collaboration in the local environment

• Bachelor-Abschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Geomatik, Geoinformatik, Fernerkundung, Photogrammetrie, GIS, Datenakquisitions-Workflows oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Starker Hintergrund in Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder verwandten Bereichen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in kundenorientierten technischen Rollen im Zusammenhang mit luftgestützten Mapping-Anwendungen, geospatialen Workflows, Produkteinführungen, Solution Enablement oder Application Engineering
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in hybriden luftgestützten Mapping-Workflows, einschliesslich gleichzeitiger Erfassung von Bilddaten und LiDAR, Missionskonzepten, Qualitätsaspekten der Daten sowie operativen Einsatzmodellen
• Ausgeprägte Präsentations-, Trainings- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Produkt- und Workflow-Themen sowohl technischen als auch nicht-technischen Zielgruppen verständlich zu vermitteln
• Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Reisen, um Kunden-Onboardings, Demonstrationen, Markteinführungsaktivitäten und Schulungen zu unterstützen
• Führerschein Kategorie B erforderlich
