We are looking for a team player Inventory management to join our Operation department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory operations and stock control processes.
- Maintain inventory costing accuracy, including monitoring factors that impact inventory valuation and ensuring data integrity.
- Oversee warehouse activities, storage procedures, and inventory accuracy Track and manage lead times for various products and materials to ensure timely availability
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and Engineering teams
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities and increase operational efficiency.
- Plan and manage the full cycle of inventory counting processes (cycle counts and physical stock takes), including defining methodologies, schedules, and control procedures, while ensuring execution accuracy and reconciliation of results.
- Prepare analysis and custom reports for the COO.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Practical Engineer also considered).
- 4+ years of experience in PP&C/ Production/ Supply Chain/ Operations.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems (MRP module focus).
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, pay attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
