We are looking for a Field System Operator to join our team at Maasvlakte 2. We’re looking for someone who is curious about technology and excited to be part of the future of logistics. In this role, you will safely drive our test vehicles during autonomous driving trials and operate the autonomous systems under the guidance of our Systems Engineers.

Responsibilities:

· Drive testing vehicles safely during autonomous driving trials

· Operate the autonomous systems under the guidance of systems engineers, including:

-Setting up tests

-Monitoring tests while they run

-Reporting on how tests went

· Occasional travel to a customer site or other testing areas for a few days (travel costs covered)

· Helping prepare digital maps used for testing

· Supporting engineers with mechanical or electrical work

· Helping keep vehicles in good shape

Requirements:

· CE driving license

· Valid right to work in the Netherlands, and unrestricted travel in EU and Switzerland

· Good command of English

· A clean Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG/statement of good behavior)

· General familiarity with working on computers

Nice to have:

· Basic IT knowledge of the Linux operating system

· General technical aptitude/interest in technology

· Helping keep vehicles in good shape
