Position Overview:

The IT Program Manager should have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. The goal is to ensure that all projects deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

What you will do and achieve:

  • Reporting on status of all IT projects.
  • Work closely with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate projects and provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers.

Who you are:

Education

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • PMP certification.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a project management role.
  • Extensive experience with IT infrastructure, security, and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.

Key Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with MS Project, MS Teams, and Jira/Confluence

Core Competencies

  • Clearly identify project stakeholders and keep them abreast and engaged.
  • Assume responsibility for project status tracking.
  • Manage projects for optimal return on investment; coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Resolve project scope issues.
  • Monitor and report the outputs and outcomes of project activities.
  • Coordinate the management of complex issues that may arise.
