We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for our restaurant partners, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to lead their growth on our platform.

This role will be based in Perugia or Umbria Region.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Account Management team. We are a passionate, dynamic group of team players who collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product departments to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Build lasting partnerships: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on nurturing deep, long-term relationships across your network.

  • Drive data-led growth: Monitor and analyse performance metrics, sharing insights with partners to identify areas for improvement and increased satisfaction.

  • Negotiate for value: Manage contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve both financial performance and the consumer value proposition (CVP).

  • Execute portfolio strategy: Plan and implement strategies to increase market share, financial health, and brand loyalty within your perimeter.

  • Manage commercial health: Control your portfolio's P&L, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and mitigating potential risks.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Commercial expertise: Significant experience in account management or sales, ideally within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors.

  • Financial acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and a proven ability to handle complex commercial negotiations.

  • Relationship building: Proven ability to create and maintain long-term strategic relationships with external stakeholders.

  • Strategic project management: Experience using CRM tools and project management applications to guide best practices and portfolio strategy.

  • Communication skills: Fluency in Italian and a strong professional command of English to collaborate with our global teams.

Compensation

  • National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario

  • Classification Level: Livello 3

The total target compensation (OTE (On-Target Earnings, ovvero la retribuzione totale prevista al raggiungimento del 100% degli obiettivi) for this role is €36,000 – €45,000 gross per year, of which the base salary range is €31,320 – €39,150.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
