What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Develop and execute a long-term product vision aligned with market trends, customer demands, and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap across a portfolio of power distribution and infrastructure solutions.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and customer challenges to guide future product investments.
- Create compelling product value propositions that differentiate offerings in highly competitive markets.
- Balance innovation, profitability, customer requirements, and speed-to-market when making strategic product decisions.
- Lead portfolio planning initiatives that support revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention.
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct ongoing customer engagement to gather feedback, understand evolving requirements, and validate market needs.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements and new product concepts.
- Champion exceptional customer experiences by ensuring solutions address real-world operational challenges.
- Anticipate future use cases and technology shifts to proactively guide product evolution.
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and business development teams to align execution with strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- MBA or advanced business education preferred.
- 10+ years of experience spanning product management, technical marketing, product development, or related leadership roles.
- Minimum of 2 years leading teams or managing product management functions.
- Demonstrated success bringing multiple complex products from concept through market launch.
- Experience operating within manufacturing, industrial technology, electrical systems, or related technical industries.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and commercialization processes.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, power distribution technologies, and infrastructure solutions.
- Experience supporting products used in critical infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of power delivery systems, electrical architecture, and industrial operating environments.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure, critical power systems, and related technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into business value.
