If you enjoy solving problems, analyzing operational data, collaborating across teams, and driving process improvements, this position offers a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly influence supply chain performance and service excellence.

About The Opportunity

As a Logistics Quality & Claims Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison between warehouse operations, third-party logistics providers, internal stakeholders, and quality teams. You will investigate shipping-related issues, manage claims processes, support quality initiatives, and help ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the supply chain.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting and enjoys balancing analytical work with cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Quality & Discrepancy Resolution

  • Partner with onsite operations teams, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to investigate shipping discrepancies and delivery-related issues.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analyses to identify the source of shipment errors, inventory variances, or transportation exceptions.
  • Develop and support corrective and preventive actions that improve shipment accuracy and reduce recurring issues.
  • Monitor trends and provide recommendations to strengthen operational quality and compliance standards.

Claims Management & Customer Support

  • Coordinate the end-to-end claims process related to transportation, shipping, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Act as a central point of communication between shipping teams, claims analysts, logistics partners, and internal customers.
  • Track claims activity, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Provide responsive support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Support quality initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with audits, reporting activities, and process improvement projects.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen overall supply chain performance.

Returnable Asset & Inventory Program Support

  • Help coordinate and administer returnable packaging and container programs.
  • Monitor asset movement, utilization, and inventory levels to ensure accountability and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams and logistics partners to maintain accurate tracking and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and build positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to explain operational issues, findings, and recommendations clearly to various audiences.
  • Adaptability and composure in a fast-moving logistics or warehouse environment.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, database systems, and business applications.
  • Strong ability to analyze operational data and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience creating reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, warehouse support, quality assurance, customer service, claims administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), distribution operations, or manufacturing supply chains is a plus.

Work Environment

This role combines office-based responsibilities with regular interaction within a warehouse and distribution environment. Candidates should be comfortable moving throughout a large operational facility and occasionally lifting materials weighing up to 35 pounds when supporting operational activities.
