Scope & Impact

Lead architecture for high-throughput systems. Deliver multi-team initiatives, reduce complexity, and set long-term technical direction for core services and data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve distributed systems handling massive read/write volumes.
• Drive consistency: API guidelines, schema evolution, idempotency, and backpressure.
• Guide performance work: indexing strategies, caching tiers, hot-path profiling.
• Mentor Staff/Senior engineers; influence hiring and leveling standards.
• Partner with security/compliance on privacy, retention, and auditability.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years backend experience with proven impact at scale.
• Expert in at least one: Go/Java/C++ and deep systems understanding.
• Track record of cross-org leadership and durable architectures.
