Role Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our Garden Grove office. This part-time role keeps the office organized and well-stocked and helps with a variety of tasks that keep the team moving. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can shift from day to day. You will work directly with the Senior Business Operations Manager and support operations across the business.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling a variety of tasks and shifting priorities.
- Able to lift and move supplies and packages as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local supply runs and errands.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver supplies, equipment, and materials as needed to support office and team operations.
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and presentable, including common areas and supply storage.
- Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries and packages.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for meetings, events, and visitors.
- Support general office upkeep and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Help with a range of operational and administrative tasks that support the business day-to-day.
- Run occasional local errands to support office and team needs.
ITAR Requirements:
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
