As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be a key part in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional workplace environment. In this role, you’ll manage the flow of visitors, deliveries, and day-to-day office operations while supporting the Workplace Experience Manager and broader People & Culture team.

What you'll do:
- Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate contact
- Serve as the main point of contact for onsite lunch deliveries
- Assist with office lunch set up, monthly birthday celebrations, and other company events as needed
- Maintain office filing and storage systems, including scanning, copying, and faxing documents
- Manage visitor calendars and parking arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, including coordinating drop-offs with the shipping and receiving team
- Forward voicemails and messages to the appropriate parties
- Assist with conference room scheduling and meeting setup
- Support export control and facility access compliance procedures, including visitor screening and NDA tracking
- Assist the Workplace Experience team with office supply inventory, vendor coordination, and general administrative support
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and office environment
- Provide additional support for company events and special projects as needed
What you'll bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front-of-house role
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong discretion and reliability when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
