We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Commercial Intern; with passion in what you do, talented and motivated; to support the Commercial team in activities such as preparing technical and commercial proposals, supporting public tenders, assisting customers, and contributing to business development initiatives.


What you will be doing?

  • Support the preparation of technical proposals and quotations in coordination with different technical departments.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and submission of national and international public tenders (e.g., ESA Invitations to Tender - ITTs).
  • Assist in customer support activities during the pre-sales phase, following up on commercial opportunities and ongoing proposals.
  • Update and maintain commercial information within the company's CRM system.
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial documentation for sales and marketing activities.
  • Participate in market research, business opportunity identification, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop a solid understanding of Alén Space's product portfolio, services, and technological capabilities, contributing to their effective presentation to customers and partners.

What do we need in our team

  • Technical background in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in business development, sales, and commercial management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and different departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable knowledge:

  • Any academic or professional experience related to the space sector will be considered a plus.

  • Work remotely a percentage of the time to be defined with the manager
