- Team Management
- Lead and coordinate the evaluation team, ensuring clear role allocation and efficient collaboration.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align priorities and address operational challenges.
- Foster a proactive, quality-oriented team culture and drive continuous improvement.
- Variant Vehicle Planning
- Plan and coordinate variant vehicle availability according to project timelines.
- Align with cross-functional teams to secure vehicle access and readiness.
- Track vehicle usage and optimize resource allocation across evaluation teams.
- Vehicle Management
- Oversee the lifecycle of test vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and handover.
- Ensure vehicles are properly configured, equipped, and documented for each evaluation phase.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available vehicles.
- Report Summary and Communication
- Consolidate evaluation results and generate summary reports for stakeholders and management.
- Present key findings, risks, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Act as the communication bridge between the evaluation team and management, ensuring transparent information flow. Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in Body & Interior/Exterior, Operation & Comfort, or Water Tightness.
- Experience in BMW/Mini projects is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English.
- 3 years of driving experience; Spotlight driving license A1 or equivalent.
- Advanced driving certification (e.g., Maxxis PG C, BMW B1, or Guangde S2) is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in vehicle quality/function problem analysis and solving.
- Knowledge of total vehicle, structure, configuration, manufacturing process, quality control, function test, and performance evaluation.
