What you will do Help us attract and support great people Support recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding of new colleagues Assist with employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding Contribute to learning and development initiatives and help organize training activities Work closely with the HR Generalist to ensure smooth HR operations and positive employee experience Help us tell our story Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other communication channels Support the preparation of articles, news updates, and communication materials Maintain and update website content Help strengthen our employer brand and showcase what it is like to work at OHB Czechspace Connect us with the outside world Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication activities Assist with company participation in conferences, fairs, and industry events Coordinate promotional materials and help represent the company at external events
