📊 Product Data Analyst

  • Full-time
  • Remote in Czechia (Czech speaking)
Description
Are you excited by the idea of helping shape product strategy through data? Do you enjoy uncovering insights from complex datasets, understanding user behavior, and influencing product decisions with evidence rather than assumptions?

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of our product development teams. You'll transform data into actionable insights, support product decisions, and help define the future of our analytics and BI infrastructure.

What you will do
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and product KPIs.
  • Analyze user behavior, product performance, product usage (accounts, subscriptions, API, activations...), and feature adoption to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and other company stakeholders on metrics, experiments, and OKRs.
  • Collect business requirements and evaluate options for our data warehouse, ETL, and BI solutions.
  • Build and maintain reusable analytical datasets and metric definitions.
  • Define product tracking requirements and collaborate with engineers to implement and validate frontend, backend, and API instrumentation.
What we expect from you
  • 3+ years of experience in product or data analytics, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong SQL skills (including complex joins and window functions).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, or similar.
  • Marketing analysis overlap: hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent Czech and English.
Nice to have
  • Experience with data warehouses, ETL tools, or modern analytics stacks.
  • Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
  • Development (Python/R), Git or GIS experience.
What we offer
  • Competitive financial compensation based on your experience & annual performance bonus.
  • Widescreen LCD, a laptop of your choice, and all the resources you need for your work.
  • Flexible working hours to help you easily balance your personal and professional life.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in Czechia, or hang out with us at our Hub in Brno.
  • Collaborate with the best from major global brands to innovative open-source projects.
  • Grow your career with dedicated support for continuous learning, attending conferences, and building your personal brand.
  • A friendly, connected team and regular team-building events across Europe.
